I know that everyone makes slices from sliced chest, beaten a little, given through a flour or breadcrumbs; but my mother used to do them when we were little, and we liked them very much!
- 1 chicken breast
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- salt pepper
- frying oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken breast snails:
We wash the chicken breast. Then cut into strips into small cubes.
In a bowl beat eggs with flour, salt and pepper. The consistency should be like pancake batter. In this dough we put the chicken breast and mix.
We take a spoonful of the composition and put it in the hot oil, giving it the shape of a schnitzel.
Remove on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
