I prepared the frying pan first.

In the hot pot I roasted the slices. I covered with the lid.

When the fish was lightly browned, I turned it over, put the lid back on, and turned off the heat. The salmon is prepared immediately, due to the heat accumulated in the bowl.

In the meantime, I boiled 2 larger potatoes in their skins. When they cooled, I peeled them and cut the potatoes into 4 lengths. After seasoning them, I put a little in hot oil to get a golden crust.

I prepared the sauce simply by mixing the ingredients: mustard, honey, oil and lemon juice.

I arranged a piece of salmon, a few slices of potatoes on a plate and poured sauce on top.

I also threw a few basil leaves and the meal was ready!
