Spring recipe for butter salad

It's spring, nature has been reborn, so it's time to take full advantage of the benefits of greens. In the markets you can find many products in this category, from onions and green garlic to plants whose benefits have been forgotten. Among the latter is the butter, which, in addition to a special taste, has many properties, which you can enjoy if you eat it in the form of salads.

Lourda and stevia food

The leurda food is the perfect spring garnish and you can't really enjoy it until this time, so make the most of it! It has few calories, because it is made only from greens. If you add butter and cheese or sour cream, the number of calories increases, but not so much that you have problems.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the julienne onion and put it in oil, over medium heat, in a saucepan. When it becomes translucent, add the diced bell pepper, add a little salt to the mixture, reduce the heat and cover the pan.

2. While the pepper is softening, take the stevia and cut it coarsely with a knife, then, after 10 minutes, add it to the onion and pepper mixture and mix well. Stevia will leave its juice, so you don't need to add water unless you see that the vegetables have started to stick to the pan. Add a little wine over them to give them flavor. Season with salt and pepper (if you want to use less salt, add lemon juice).

3. After the stevia has softened, add the leurda and the coarsely chopped butter. Mix well and leave the food on the fire until the vegetables soften and the flavors combine. Add a tablespoon of butter and mix well or, if you prefer, replace it with a little cream for cooking, which will give a special texture and flavor to leurda food.

4. At the end you can add some grated cheese, then mix well. It will melt and make the food creamier and tastier.

The food of leurda with stevia and butter it goes perfectly with a beef steak. If you are fasting, eat it with rice or polenta, it will be just as delicious! You will immediately fall in love with this spring dish!
