Hello everyone, this morning I give you a well known recipe, the one to prepare Mexican beans. There are numerous variations of this recipe and each one at home prepares it in his own way, this one that I propose is my mother's recipe, she prepares Mexican beans with borlotti beans, sausages and spicy taaaanto.
The recipe is very simple, ideal to prepare during a dinner with friends, it will be much appreciated by lovers of spicy and non spicy foods. Served with toasted homemade bread .. it becomes the top. Good day to those who pass by here :)


How to make Mexican beans

Boil the pinto beans that you have soaked the night before or, if you prefer, use pre-cooked pinto beans.

In a large pan, sauté a large chilli pepper and a clove of garlic in extra virgin olive oil. When the garlic has browned, lift it and add the crumbled sausages.

Deglaze the sausages with the white wine, add salt and brown them for a few minutes.

Now pour the tomato puree and cook the sauce for a few minutes

Finally add the pinto beans with a few ladles of their water.

Stir and cook the Mexican-style beans for another 10 minutes.

Serve the Mexican-style beans in the shards accompanied with croutons :)
