Quick croissants recipe of 05-11-2012 [Updated on 04-09-2017]
Making croissants at home is not easy, first of all you need to find a good recipe, then you have to work the dough for a long time, then you have to respect long rising times and often the result is not even what you hoped for. For those who want to prepare quick croissants for breakfast, my aunt Anna's recipe arrives, easy, fast and affordable for everyone, you can stuff your croissants with jam or Nutella or with both toppings as I did and the result is truly mouth-watering.
Today I resume work after 4 days spent closed at home with the puppy with the flu, cough and cold, and myself with a terrible sore throat, today it seems to be a little better, we hope it is a quiet day and that it will pass soon this bad flu, in the meantime we pamper ourselves with milk and honey and Aunt Anna's croissants. kisses everyone and happy monday.

Method
How to make quick croissants
Dissolve yeast in 125 warm milk, melt butter in 125 warm milk. Pour the 2 liquids into a bowl and add the sugar
Add the flour, a pinch of salt and mix with a spoon
Mix the dough well, then leave it to rest with a damp cloth on the surface of the bowl for 30 minutes
Once risen, divide the dough into 4 parts
Roll out each part into a round sheet
Divide into 6 triangles, and put a generous teaspoon of jam on the wide side
Roll the croissant from the wide to the thin side to form a croissant
Place on the greased or parchment-covered baking sheet and leave to rest for 15 minutes, brush the croissants with a beaten egg and bake at 180, cook for 10 minutes
Allow to cool and serve
And here's the inside with the jam filling
and then nutella
I congratulate, your idea is magnificent
