How to make salted rose cake
Place the flour in the center and start pouring the warm milk with the dissolved yeast and sugar inside. Work the dough gradually incorporating all the flour
Mix the oil, egg and salt and add it to the dough, continuing to work the dough until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough
Put the dough to rise for 2 hours, placing it under cover away from currents
Cut the cheese into thin slices and cut the olives into slices, removing the bone
Now take the dough back, deflate it and form a rectangle
Arrange the ham, cheese and olives on top of the pasta
Then roll up from the longer side to form a large sausage
Cut into 8 pieces of 3-4 cm wide
Put the rolls obtained in a mold greased with a little oil, spacing them a little from each other
Leave the salted rose cake to rise for another forty minutes, then brush it with milk
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° and cook for about 35 minutes.
Remove from the mold, allow to cool and serve the salted rose cake.
