Happy Monday everyone, this morning I give you the recipe to prepare a cake without eggs and with oil instead of butter, a dessert suitable for breakfast or a snack but which can be transformed into an excellent base for a filled cake. The recipe for this egg-free cake has been booming on various cooking forums and blogs for some time, and last month, after seeing it also on the fb group posted by a girl named Rita, I decided to try it too, I added some juice orange to flavor the cake and I got a very soft, moist and all in all quite light cake. How to make the cake without eggs

In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, baking powder and sifted cocoa

Add the milk with the orange juice, oil and vanilla essence previously mixed in a bowl

Mix the mixture with a wooden spoon until you get a homogeneous mixture
Pour the cake mixture into a greased and floured mold Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees and bake for about 35 minutes

Once cooked, checking with the toothpick test, turn the cake upside down on a serving dish and let it cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve
