Fior di latte ice cream is an ice cream made from milk, cream, sugar, it has a fairly neutral taste and is an excellent base for any ice cream. Method

How to make fior di latte ice cream

In a saucepan, heat the milk with the cream, sugar and vanilla pod.

As soon as the sugar has dissolved completely, lift the vanilla pod and pour the contents into a container. As soon as the liquid has cooled, put in the fridge to cool for at least 4 hours.

Now pour the cold mixture into your ice cream maker and set it as per manual.

As for the Kitchen Aid ice cream maker, put the butterfly, pour the contents into the ice cream maker that you have kept in the freezer for 12-24 hours and start it at speed 1, working the ice cream for 15-20 minutes.

When the ice cream is thick and creamy, you can serve it immediately in the nature bowls or with the addition of some topping or put it in a tray and store it in the freezer and then serve it at the desired time.
