I finally found the colorful silicone cupcake molds. Obviously I couldn't resist the temptation to buy them, nor to try a new cupcake recipe, this time chocolate with a Philadelphia cream coating :) To start the working week again after the Easter holidays, I leave you this cupcake recipe really delicious chocolate. Obviously, as with vanilla cupcakes, you can indulge yourself with the decorations as you like ... after all, this is the charm of these American sweets;)
How to make chocolate cupcakes
Work the butter with the sugar until it becomes a cream.
Add the egg and continue working.
Add the sifted flour together with the baking powder and continue to mix until you get a smooth and fluid cream.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a saucepan in a bain-marie, then add the milk and mix. When the mixture is smooth and fluffy, add the chocolate.
Continue to work the mixture until you get a fluid cream.
Fill the cupcake molds 2/3 full with the mixture obtained.
Bake the chocolate cupcakes at 180 ° C in a preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool.
Meanwhile, prepare the frosting cream.
Work the cheese with the sugar and melted chocolate.
Mix everything together.
Put the cream in a pastry bag and decorate the cupcakes as you like.
