Sicilian swordfish it's one of my favorite ways to enjoy this fish. What I propose this morning is a tasty recipe where the Pan-cooked Swordfish together with cherry tomatoes, onion, green olives, capers and pine nuts. How to make Sicilian swordfish
Cut the onion and brown it in a large pan with the oil.
Then add the cherry tomatoes.
Stir and then add the pitted olives, the desalted capers and the thyme.
Season with salt and cook for about 5 minutes.
After washing and drying the swordfish, add it too.
Gently mix the sauce and cook for about 5 minutes before blending with the wine.
Turn the slices to cook them on the other side as well and in the meantime toast the pine nuts in a pan.
Add them to the pot and cook for a few more minutes.
Your Sicilian swordfish is ready to be served.
