  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

RECIPE PREPARATION Marbled muffins:

Mix eggs well with a pinch of salt until they double in volume. Then add the sugar and mix until it melts.

Add the soft butter and mix well.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and incorporate it into the dough. Mix well until smooth.

Take 2 tablespoons of the dough and mix it with cocoa.

Grease the muffin tins (or use paper) and put a tablespoon of dough in each form. On top we put half a teaspoon of cocoa dough and mix to get the marbled appearance.

Put in the oven at the right heat until they brown and pass the toothpick test (15-20 minutes).

Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

They fit very well with morning coffee.

4. Add the boiled condensed milk, also in small portions, and continue to mix with the mixer. The amount of condensed milk depends on what consistency you want the cream to have.

Advice. The consistency of the cream depends not only on the amount of condensed milk, but also on its quality.

The fine and tasty cream is ready. For sponge tops, prepare a less dense cream. The cream is smooth and homogeneous, but fluffy at the same time.

This amount of cream is enough for a cake (24 cm) with 2 sponge cake tops with decoration or 3 tops, but the layers of cream will be thinner and the decor less rich.

She doesn't even need to, she's a beautiful woman. When I made these muffins I thought of her.

But, I still have friends who want salty muffins for the children's package. I am convinced that many mothers will be delighted by the good taste, by the fact that they are fluffy and tasty, but especially because they are made very easily and very quickly.

You don't even need a mixer to make marbled muffins with tomatoes and mozzarella. I prepared them in maximum 7 minutes and baked them in 20 minutes. Doesn't that sound good?

The problem is how fast they are made, they will disappear as well. I liked them so much that I ate two pieces immediately. I found an excuse that I have to taste them, because I can't post something without knowing if something tasty came out.

In the picture, I chose the least marbled muffin, but it is also pretty.

INGREDIENT:

30 ml of sunflower oil

20 g tomato paste (triple concentrated)

100 g grated mozzarella (or cheese)

leaves from 3 sprigs of thyme or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

6 cherry tomatoes for decoration

I preheated the oven to 180 ° C.

I put the egg, milk and oil in a bowl and mixed them well. In another bowl I put flour with salt, pepper, baking powder, grated mozzarella and thyme leaves.

I poured the liquid ingredients over the solid ones and mixed until the composition was homogenous. I took 100 g of the dough in another bowl and put the tomato paste over it.

I homogenized the composition and I got a beautiful color.

I lined the baking tray with waxed papers (good quality) / silicone molds. The dough has cheese that melts when baked and will stick to the outer edges.

I put in each form a spoonful of white dough, then I put a spoonful of red dough. I divided the remaining white dough so that it reached all the muffins.

With a knife I mixed lightly in them, to create the marbling effect.

I baked the muffins for 20 minutes, then let them cool on a grill.
