Crush the almonds and walnuts, put them in a bowl, and add the raisins, cinnamon to taste, grind a little caramel + vanilla, then mix everything well :)

We wash the apples, remove the back, grease them with butter, put a little inside, then fill them with the above mixture.

Place the apples in a yenna bowl greased with butter and put in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, until the apples are soft.

A little juice will drain from the apples, which we drip on top with a spoon before serving.

For my leg, I mixed a baked apple, well cooked, with 3 healthy tablespoons of cream cheese, papat with a poooftaaaaa !!! :))

Baked apples with nuts and raisins - a very simple recipe, but so tasty!

Ripe apples are very easy to prepare. We did not expect them to be so tasty with nuts and raisins!

-nuts (we used almonds and cashews)

1. Choose apples approximately equal, because their ripening time depends on their size. Wash and dry them.

2. Using a small knife, remove about 1/3 of the back of each apple. Then cut a thin, circular layer from its pulp, giving it the appearance of a funnel.

3. Place the apples on the tray lined with aluminum foil or baking paper, leaving gaps between them.

4.Put a cube of butter and a teaspoon of sugar inside each apple. If apples are very sweet, you may not add sugar at all. Try not to sprinkle sugar on the aluminum foil or baking paper with which you lined the tray, as it will burn.

5.Wash and dry nuts and dried fruits. Do not scald them, but simply wash them with hot water and dry them with paper towels.

6. Add 2-3 raisins and 1-2 cranberries to each apple, pressing lightly. Dried fruits should not be the top layer of the filling, as they may burn, become blackish and bitter.

7. Add a few nuts to each apple. They bake and become crispy.

8. Bake the apples for 15-25 minutes (depending on their size) in the preheated oven to 200 ° C. If your oven burns food quickly, preheat it to 180 ° C.

9. Allow the apples to cool slightly, then transfer to a plate and serve. They are tasty both hot and cold. After they cool, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.

Ripe apples are incredibly tasty! Prepare them and enjoy their wonderful taste!

Apples - 95 recipes

Cooking recipes with apples baked or green, cooked in the oven or by other culinary methods.

Today, there are over 200 varieties of apples in the world, with fruits that are more and more beautiful and appetizing. The apple is the richest bouquet of visual, olfactory and gustatory stimuli. However, it also has many nutritional benefits for humans. First of all, apples are an important source of vitamin C. Their content in this vitamin varies from one variety to another, between 3 and 45 mg per 100 g. as the fruit, in its evolution, benefited from more light. The vitamin is concentrated more in the shell and just below it.

However, apples are not the richest in vitamin C. Other green fruits or vegetables have more leading places. But because apples can be stored and consumed as such until late spring, when the greens appear, it is the most important food source to supply the body with vitamin C, after citrus.

Whether used in apple pie, cake, cake or eaten raw, apple remains one of the favorite fruits.

Then heat the sugar together with about 60 grams of cream and dissolve the gelatin in it. Stir in the remaining cream. Finally, the cream is highlighted. Put the table in the molds, leave them and put them in the fridge for at least two hours. Boil the rum with the apple juice and soften the raisins. Put the butter, egg yolk, flour, powdered sugar and almonds in a separate bowl and mix everything into a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and cool for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection). Roll the dough about half an inch thick and cut circles in the diameter of the hemispheres. Bake the dough pieces for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
