Lately I have a crazy craving for soups and broths, maybe because of the cold. The other day I made a delicious Turkish mushroom soup, with mint and of course garlic;) very very simple and fast

  • mushrooms, I had a small casserole I think 400 gr
  • 750ml chicken soup (I made it with chicken, onion, carrot, pepper)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • Mint
  • pepper
  • garlic, 2-3 grains
  • salt
  • fine cut (optional)

Servings: 3

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Turkish mushroom soup - Mantar Corbasi:

1. First we make the soup and strain it, if you like you can try instant soup

2. Wash the mushrooms well, cut them into slices and sauté them a little in a pan

3. In another pan, melt the butter and add the flour, stirring constantly so that it does not burn. Add the milk and mix, then the chicken soup. 4. Add the pasta and mushrooms and simmer for about 10 minutes. 5. Match with salt and pepper and crushed garlic and sprinkle mint on top. See how fast it was ready ??? :))
