  • 50 ml of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • a bit of water

How do we prepare the recipe for meatballs breaded with eggplant and potatoes?

You can still read the written recipe or you can find below the video recipe, where you can see up close how I prepare everything.

For starters we will prepare the meatball dough. Over the meat we add half the amount of cheese, egg, carrot, onion, greens, bread.

Add the spices: a teaspoon with a pinch of salt, a teaspoon with a pinch of pepper, a teaspoon with a pinch of thyme. Mix everything very well until you get a homogeneous consistency. You can also add 2-3 cloves of finely chopped garlic to the composition.

We cut the eggplant into slices, about 3-4 mm thick. Put the eggplant slices in a bowl, add salt on top and set them aside to leave the bitter juice, but also to soften a little.

Slice the potatoes, about the same thickness. Then cut the tomatoes.

With wet hands we will shape some meatballs, give them a round shape, to make it easy to flatten them then. I got 16 meatballs, 4 for each portion.

Wash the eggplants very well, then squeeze them.

We can start mounting everything in the tray. Sprinkle the pan with a little oil, then sprinkle a little white flour or breadcrumbs.

We put a slice of eggplant, a meatball, a slice of potato, a slice of tomato, and an eggplant, and a meatball and exactly the same we continue completely.

We place the rest of the vegetables in the tray, all around.

Prepare the sauce that we will pour on top: over the tomato sauce we add white wine, olive oil, oregano, salt, pepper, then a little water. Mix everything very well, then pour over it.

From the cheese I kept, I sprinkled it on top.

Baking chicken meatballs with eggplant, tomatoes and potatoes

Put the tray in the oven at 170-180 degrees Celsius, fire up and down, in the electric ovens, for about 30-40 minutes. When the fork penetrates easily into the vegetables, they are well done. In gas ovens the fire must be medium to maximum. Towards the end you can increase the fire, so that everything browns nicely.

Serve hot or cold, as desired. It is a goodness and I recommend you to prepare the double dose. & # 128578

Good appetite!

My husband is a man who loves meat and potatoes in the Midwest, so when it's a comfortable eating season, you better think shepherd's pie is on my must-have list. Make the Harry Potter sausage rolls and the glass of fire

I first read the Goblet of Fire in my grandmother's house. These sausage rolls started like grandma's, made into hundreds for every party I've ever had. They are perfect for bulk manufacturing - chopping requires a little more than squeezing and shaking and can be easily doubled or tripled in quantity. And my grandmother would make fun of me if she thought I'd do anything but buy puff pastry. The things I bought at the store are great here, and the ready-to-roll sheets are even better. Egg roll, Hold the roll!

One of my biggest weaknesses is Asian cuisine - I could probably eat it every day and never get tired! Admittedly, sometimes it's not the healthiest choice. So when I find a way to have all the flavors I love in a slightly better dish for me, you can bet I'm a happy camper. That's exactly what you get with this recipe - all the great flavors inside an egg roll, without packaging!

Chicken meatballs in mushroom sauce

Who doesn't like meatballs ?! But if we improve them and make chicken meatballs in mushroom sauce, they will definitely be rainbow on the palate.

We always aim to eat as healthy as possible, but it doesn't seem to work out every time as we set out to do and we get rid of our heart's desire.

This is what happens every time, I propose to eat more balanced, healthier, fat-free or sugar-free from tomorrow, but I don't know how almost every time the account at home does not match the one at the fair!

Today a friend asked me to make some meatballs and being quite warm outside, for a limited time I said that the only viable option to finish them in time and get rid of the heat and smell is to put them in the oven and I did well! The allotted time has been halved, the smell in the house almost non-existent, where we add that they do not have any gram of extra fat compared to the fat that is normally found in meat.

But as the calculation doesn't quite fit the order, I had a few left that I directly improved with a mushroom sauce and served with some simple snails with a little butter.

So I invite you to stay by the list of ingredients, but also the simple way of preparation.

For many other recipes with or without meat or fasting dishes and much more, find in the snacks section, click here or on the photo.

Or on the Facebook page, click on the photo.

Ingredients for meatballs:

  • 700 g minced chicken
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients for the mushroom sauce:

  • 20 g white flour
  • 30 g butter with 82% fat
  • 60 ml vegetable oil with neutral taste
  • 250 ml milk with 3.5% fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 350 g mushroom mushrooms
  • 300 ml dry white wine
  • 1 knife tip grated nutmeg
  • 100 ml cooking cream with at least 32% fat

Preparation for meatballs:

Preheat the oven to 240 degrees.

Peel the garlic and pass it through the garlic press or chop it very finely.

Put the minced meat in a bowl over which we put the rest of the ingredients. Mix well until smooth.

We slice 20 meatballs and make them into balls.

Put them on a tray lined with baking paper and put them in the oven for 15-16 minutes.

Preparation for the mushroom sauce:

We clean the mushrooms of any traces of soil, cut them into slices and put them to harden in oil until soft.

then add the finely chopped garlic and wine. Boil until the alcohol evaporates.

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add the flour, mix until incorporated and continue to cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the salt and gradually pour the milk, stirring in one without stopping until it thickens and finish all the milk. Then we put the cream.

Serve with what we like from mashed potatoes, nature, rice, pasta or actually with a warm bread soaked in sauce, as I did this time. So good work and good appetite!

Chicken meatballs (with greens)

Although in the market (where I promised to go as often as possible) began to appear, quite shyly, some "heralds of spring" (mainly green onions, green garlic and radishes), things are not exactly as I would I want to. And I want a kind of green madness, which I have to wait a little longer, as far as I can see, because in the last few days he has been watching me sing "Jingle Bells".

Finally, let's be optimistic, especially since I satisfied my greed with what I found in the market.

I mean, I made some chicken meatballs with lots of greens (green onions and garlic, dill, parsley), "grafted" with a dry oregano powder and some freshly ground black pepper.

Hot goodies that I ate with even more greens (to submit a CV on the green report? :)) and a little red :).

Method of preparation

Put the potatoes, celery and carrots on a small grater, chop the parsley, bell pepper and onion.

Peel the garlic and grind it in a mortar, then make mayonnaise, proceeding as follows: empty the crushed garlic in a cup, add salt, then add a tablespoon of oil and mix just like mayonnaise. Pour another tablespoon of oil and mix until it becomes a fine cream.

We put the minced meat in a bowl, and over it we put the 3 eggs, the parsley, the carrot, the bell pepper, the onion, the juiced potatoes, the celery root, the salt, the pepper and the garlic sauce and we mix everything well.

We take a tray, we put baking paper on the bottom of the tray, then we form balls from the composition above in our hand and we put them in the tray. Put the tray in the hot oven and let it bake over a moderate heat, and when they have browned, take the tray out of the oven and place the meatballs on a plate over which I put a napkin. We can serve them with pickles, sauerkraut salad, salad of vegetables, donuts or sour cucumbers.
