My little one told me she missed a fruit chocolate cake. But I didn't feel like baking or the eternal quick cake with mascarpone and biscuits. I wanted something else. More special. Healthier. More delicious.

I searched, I let a night pass over the ideas I found and, in the morning, I knew what I was preparing.

It is a quick, delicious and very filling cake. I had fun preparing it, I relaxed, and my little one was excited: "Mommy, it's the most <> cake you've ever made!"

RECIPE PREPARATION Raw-vegan dessert cake with noir chocolate and berries:

Countertop:

Mix all the dry ingredients together with the salt and chocolate.

Put the dates and coconut oil in a blender and mix well. Add the soft composition over the dry one and mix well. I used my hand to feel better consistency, but if you want, you can use a blender. Divide the "dough" thus obtained in two and put in the fridge while you prepare the cream (about 10 minutes).


Cream:

Put the dates and avocado in a blender, mixing well. Add honey and chocolate and mix until everything turns into a homogeneous cream.


Mounting:

A tray with removable walls (mine is 19 cm in diameter) is lined with food foil.

Take a piece of dough and spread it well on the bottom of the tray.

Place 1/3 of the cream on the counter, then sprinkle the fruit.

Spread the other half of the dough piece by piece over the fruit, being careful not to crush them.

Let cool for 10 minutes.

Pour the cake on a plate and spread the rest of the cream.

Decorate with grated chocolate, coconut and berries.


If you want, you can serve it immediately, but it is better if you leave it in the cold for 1 hour.
