You must have missed a cake. So we thought we'd learn how to make the fastest cake together. It's a fluffy cheesecake. We will not need many ingredients, but we will need the help of parents because we will use the oven.

Ingredients

To prepare this cake we will need five eggs, 500 g cream cheese, 100 g cornstarch, 100 g sugar, 5 g vanilla essence.

Method of preparation

For starters we will separate the yolks from the egg whites. Over the 5 yolks add 100 g of sugar and mix very well. Once we have finished mixing, the cream obtained should look like a foam. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they become foam, you can optionally use the mixer. Now we are going to combine the egg whites with the yolks. With a spatula, gradually add the egg white foam and mix slowly. We are going to add the vanilla essence and the corn starch. Don't forget to stir slowly. We do this to prepare a very fluffy cake. Finally, add the cream cheese and mix.

Put a baking sheet in a tray and pour the mixture obtained. Put the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. When ready, peel the baking sheet from the cake and place it on a plate.

I turned the dough with a smooth face towards me and pulled the dough a little on the table with my palms to tension it a little. I shaped it into a sphere and placed it on the tray (33 x 42 cm) covered with baking paper. I covered it with a clean towel and let it relax for 15 minutes.

After this time, I lightly greased my palms with oil and flattened the dough directly on the baking paper until I obtained a disc of approx. 30 cm in diameter (as much as the width of the tray allowed me). I covered it again with a clean towel and left it to rise for another 15 minutes. It can be seen that it has increased in thickness. I beat an egg with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of milk and greased this Turkish bread with it (with the brush).

I set the oven to 180 C (heat up + down + ventilation) and the middle to high stage for gas.
