Mix the two egg whites plus one from the counter with a pinch of salt. When they have hardened, add the rest of the sugar (50gr) and mix a little more. Gradually add the beaten egg whites to the cheese composition and mix gently from the bottom up.
We prepare a 22 / 28cm tray, we cover it with baking paper. Let the paper be out of the tray so you can take out the cake. I took it out and just wallpapered it on the bottom with paper.
Take a piece of dough out of the freezer and grate it on the grater with large eyes directly into the pan. At the end I pressed a little with my fingers. Pour the cream.
On a plate, grate the other piece of dough and sprinkle over the cream. Put in the preheated oven, at 180 degrees C. I kept the electric one for 60 minutes, with a tray under the cake pan with a shelf below. Check after 40 minutes.
We turn off the oven and leave it in the oven with the door open for a few more minutes. Allow to cool and sprinkle with grated coconut. Allow to cool well before cutting. That if you have patience !!

In a bowl I mixed flour, sugar, cocoa. I added diced butter and egg yolk. I kneaded the whole composition well and then I divided the dough obtained into two large lumps. I put them in cling film and put them in the freezer.
I kept them in the freezer for about 30 minutes, during which time I prepared the cream.
I separated the eggs, whipped the egg whites until I got a meringue. I crumbled the cheese and mixed it with the yolks, sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. I then incorporated the cheese into the egg white composition.
I prepared a tray, provided with baking paper.
I took a lump of dough out of the freezer, unwrapped half of the foil and shaved it (on the large mesh grater) in the baking tray, forming a uniform layer.
I added the cheese composition.
I took out the second lump of dough and I did the same as with the first, I shaved it over the cheese composition.
I put the tray in the preheated oven and let the cake bake, over medium heat, for about 40 minutes.
After it baked, I took it out, let it cool a bit, then sprinkled grated coconut. I portioned it and served it. Very, very tasty!

- 500 g of cottage cheese
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons raisins
- 3 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the butter with the flour. Gradually add the rest of the ingredients for the dough. Knead well until smooth, then divide the dough obtained into 2 equal pieces.
2. Wrap the pieces of dough separately, in cling film, and put them in the fridge. After 10-15 minutes, take out a piece of dough and spread it on a thin sheet (30 × 25 cm).
3. Cover a tray with baking paper and place the sheet of dough. For the filling, mix the cheese with the powdered sugar, eggs, raisins and vanilla sugar. Mix well, then spread the filling evenly over the dough in the pan.
4. Remove the second piece of dough and grate it over the filling layer.
5. Bake the cake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. After it is baked, we slice it and decorate it with powdered sugar.
All the ingredients for the dough: flour, margarine (melted), sugar, yolk, baking powder, cocoa, put in a bowl over the pile and start the kneading operation (by hand, mixer). After kneading with the mixer, the dough was a bit crumbly so I put about half a glass of warm milk so I could knead the dough. After pouring all the milk over the dough, I started kneading.

I took those dough balls out of the freezer, and in a tray greased with margarine and lined with flour, I put on the grater (big) the first ball of dough (it was a bit heavy). I made sure it was evenly spread all over the bottom of the tray.
Spread the cream cheese over the grated dough (spread evenly) and grate the second boulder over it. I left the tray in the oven at 175 degrees for about 40-50 minutes (do the toothpick test) and I gave it powdered sugar.

800 g fresh cottage cheese

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
We put the flour in a bowl and mix it with cocoa and baking powder. Add the diced butter, sugar and egg yolk and knead well until you get a non-sticky dough. At first it may seem too crumbly, but continue to knead until the butter is well incorporated into the flour. Divide the dough into two equal parts, then make them into balls that we wrap in cling film and put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Mix the cheese with the sugar and eggs, and at the end add the vanilla essence. We line a tray with baking paper, take out a ball of dough and put it on the large grater directly in the tray. Distribute the dough over the entire surface of the tray without pressing too hard. Put the cream over the dough in the tray and grate the second ball of dough on top. Put the tray in the oven on the right heat for about 30 minutes. Good appetite!

Method of preparation :

Cream : in a bowl mix the egg whites with hard sugar and vanilla sugar then pour it over the cheese mixed well with the egg yolks.
Assembly : Bulgarian 1 grated on a large grater-cream cheese-Bulgarian 2 grated on a large grater and put the tray (size 22 & # 21530 cm) in the preheated oven, at 180 degrees Celsius, for 40-50 minutes we do the toothpick test. After baking, sprinkle vanilla flavored powdered sugar.
